Ramatsie Protection Services (Pty) Ltd provides general patrol, access control and guarding services. We have a passion for people and believe that through the ongoing empowerment and skills development of our employees, impeccable service provision is guaranteed.
We believe in instilling a sense of pride for our country, it’s citizens and its infrastructure into our employees. This nurtures and develops their need to protect and preserve above all else. This unique outlook, and the fact that we promote and encourage a focus on their physical and mental fitness is what sets us ahead of the pack.
We provide opportunities for the educationally marginalised youth and adults in rural areas and townships, with the aim of highlighting the importance of preserving important institutions in our communities.
As a protection company, our collaboration with members of the community is important to us, to educate and present a sense of purpose and responsibility to the unemployed masses and the communities they live in.
Our company logo represents the spirit of the company and proudly showcases the lion, elephant and leopard. The lion signifies strength and self-control. The elephant symbolises the nourishment of the mind, body and spirit, to keep our team strong during trying times. It also signifies loyalty during challenging times. The leopard stands for stamina. It guides and protects, but at the same time it reminds employees to guide and help others wherever possible. The leopard also stands for confidence, and living a life of purpose. It is these characteristics that make our team step up to the mark every single day.

Our employee’s vision is to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients and service providers to develop a sense of stability that will form a firm foundation to our ongoing success. Our executive team’s vision is to keep ahead of competitors by staying up to date with the latest developments and trends within the security industry. Constant learning, innovation and effort will, over time, bring with it progress and growth.

We exist to provide gainful employment within the security industry that does not discriminate against educational shortcomings. We believe in giving marginalised youth and adults the opportunity to earn a decent income in exchange for delivering a professional service based on the training and development offered.

OUR OBJECTIVES
A company’s objectives form the backbone of the business. They are a series of specific steps the team members need to take to reach their short- and long-term goals. As a result, the entire team needs to know their objectives and work towards them with passion, dedication and commitment.
Ramatsie Protection Services (Pty) Ltd’s objectives include:
- To empower people and develop their skills – specifically those who come from previously disadvantaged and marginalised in communities.
- To bridge the gap between a lack of skills and qualifications, and unemployability among the youth and adults.
- To encourage employment so that employees can provide for themselves and their families.
- To address soft skills required by our recruits, as well as overall physical and mental wellbeing.
- To constantly improve on our employees’ level of fitness through a physical training instructor, who will eventually be based in-house as the company grows.
- To have an in-house psychologist to provide the necessary counselling and maintain the mental well-being of all our recruits.
- To encourage the coming together of all South Africans to protect infrastructure in our communities, such as libraries, police stations, sport fields despite the current service delivery failure.
- To instill a sense of pride and care in each other – the UBUNTU CONCEPT as enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.
